Bear Sailor Moon (Bear Greyeyes) is a longtime Anime North community member, performer, and LGBTQ+ advocate returning as the host of Y2Gay/Future Funk. Known for high-energy stage presence, nostalgic Y2K aesthetics, and community-focused performances, Bear Sailor Moon has been involved in Anime North nightlife and fan events for several years, helping create welcoming, inclusive spaces for 2SLGBTQI+ attendees and allies alike.

FreshAppleSlices is a Toronto-based Future Funk and City Pop DJ known for upbeat, nostalgia-driven sets blending disco, anime-inspired remixes, vaporwave, funk, and Y2K club energy. Drawing influence from Japanese City Pop, retro dance music, and internet-era remix culture, FreshAppleSlices has performed alongside artists including Vantage, Engelwood, and MACROSS 82-99, while helping bring the Future Funk scene into convention spaces with a fun and highly approachable style.
