HOSHI★FURU

"HOSHI★FURU is a rock band from the GTA, Ontario, Canada. Originally formed in 2008, the band only began to put into action its plan of performing and promoting original music heavily influenced by Japanese pop and rock in 2012. The line-up consists of Maria on vocals, Nan on guitar, Nick on bass, and Danny on drums.
Although primarily influenced by Japanese pop and rock, HOSHI★FURU's music is also influenced by a variety of other genres such as hardcore punk, metal, and screamo.
HOSHI★FURU has been performing at anime conventions across Ontario and Quebec, including an appearance in Canada's premier fan-run anime convention Anime North in 2012. The band is set to release their debut EP on March 15th, 2013.
Miranda Tempest

Miranda Tempest is the owner of and lead aerial performer for Illuminair Entertainment, an aerial and fire arts performance company based out of Toronto. She has performed as an aerialist professionally internationally with various companies and taught in the US and across Canada for the last 8 years.
Miranda and Illuminair can be seen next at the Oxford Renaissance Festival on June 15th and 16th, the Saint John's, New Brunswick Buskerfest in July, as well as the Port Credit Buskerfest in August.
She will be performing in Hall D of the TCC on Saturday and Sunday.

The 404s are delighted to be back at Anime North with our best shows yet! This year, we celebrate TEN YEARS of improv comedy at anime conventions, and we're bringing the party to Toronto for our flagship show!
Vinyl Games Studio

Vinyl Games Studio is an independent game development studio located in Mississauga, ON. They are currently hard at work on their first major release Circuit Panic, which is set for release this Summer for Android and Blackberry 10 devices. Wei Zhang (CEO) and Arthur Marris (Producer) will be taking part on the indie games panel and the booming video games community in Toronto. Karl Merten (Programmer) and Alberto Lemus (Artist) will be sharing their expertise on building an engine from the ground up and working in the game industry.
