Yuri Fan Fiction Contest Guidelines

The Yuri Fan Fiction Contest guidelines are loosely based on those taken by the official Anime North Fan Fiction Contest.

• Only one (1) entry per person.
• Stories must be in proper prose format. No scripts, songfics, etc.
• No alternate universes.
• Standalone pieces only.
• No heavy use of non-English words.
• No ficlets please, try and make your stories more than 100 words long, unless they are a series of vignettes meant to be read together.
• Original stories are welcome. Please label them as such to avoid confusion.
• All stories much be YURI (female/female romance) in theme.
• Please label all 18+ stories as such.
• If writing an 18+ story, please give it a plotline.

Yuri Fanart Contest Guidelines

• Only one entry per person.
• Original characters are welcome.
• Any type or art is welcome.

Submit stories and/or art to the Yuri North Facebook page as an uploaded document. Include your name on each submission. All submissions will be put to a vote before the con. Prizes will be awarded during the con. Everyone who participates will receive a certificate of participation.
