Anime North accepts payment by Cheque or Money Order, made payable to
"Anime North". GST and PST is included in all amounts. No post-dated
cheques are accepted.

Include a typed or computer printed list of the full names and emails of all
members of the group registration. Handwritten lists will be returned, with the
accompanying payment. This list is required for the group registration to be
processed.
Also indicate who, if anyone, is interested in volunteering for the convention, and
is purchasing T-Shirts. Please have the list in the following format.

If a member has no email, his confirmation form will be sent to the group leader.
If any group member wishes for information on Special Needs Access services at the
convention, please write SNA next to their name, and they will be contacted by
email.
