**Note for returning artists: There have been changes made to the policy since last year, so please be sure to read the entire policy so that you are aware of the changes.

Also keep in mind, THERE IS A REFUND POLICY. If you are not able to reserve an alley space, you can still receive a refund on your convention membership. Please see the registration page for details.
